Online Marketing PPC terms

Online Marketing Top PPC terms

PPC Online Marketing terms

CPC:Cost per click. The actual dollar value you
pay. Some people reserve CPC for banners that
charge by the click and PPC for sponsored ads
on search engines.

CPM:Cost per thousand impressions. Allows
you to compare costs from one ad venue, or
type, to another. If an ad costs $500 for 10,000
impressions, your CPM is $500 divided by 10, or
$50. Because most PPC sites also provide the
number of impressions, you can compute CPM
for your PPC campaign.

CTR:Click-through rate. The number of clicks
divided by the number of impressions. Expect
costs for a click-through to be higher than costs
for an impression.

Conversion rate:The number of actions taken
or purchases made divided by the number of
clicks received.

Landing page:The destination page on your site
that viewers see when they click your ad.

Paid inclusion:Payment to be listed in a search
engine or directory, often for faster review or
guaranteed listing. Generally, the search engine
or directory charges a flat annual fee or monthly
charge per URL, although Yahoo! Express uses
a combination of flat fee plus PPC.

PPC:Pay per click payment method.

PPA:Pay per action. Payment is made only
when a prospect takes a prespecified action
(such as makes a phone call, signs up for
newsletter, completes a purchase). Acts almost
like a commission. Expect to pay more per
transaction unit for PPA than for PPC. That’s
reasonable, because your prospect has prequalified
by taking an additional action towardpurchase.

ROI:Return on investment. For PPC, refers to the
profit made divided by the cost of the PPC campaign.
It might be more useful to compute ROI
over a whole program than for an individual
product. Sometimes, you deliberately lose
money or break even on one product called a
loss leader to draw customers into a store, only
to make more on sales

In the past, article directories used to get a high
volume of web traffic and were considered highly
reputable websites by the search engines. This ensured substantial
free traffic through submitted articles on these websites.

The recent changes in Google algorithms has negatively
affected the article directories as many have been marked
as content farms with no real value. However, this doesn’t
reduce the value of informative and well written content.
There are still many article directories that have a lot
of authority and many online marketers make a full-time living
just writing articles for these directories.

Classification of Social Media

The various types or forms of social media
that exist on the Internet are; Magazines,
 Internet Forums, Weblogs, Social
Blogs, Micro-Blogging, Wikis, Podcasts,
 Photographs, Videos, Rating and
Social Bookmarking.

Tthe social media into six different types
based on their media research and published it in
an article in Business .

1.Collaborative projects e.g. Wikipedia
2.Blogs and Microblogs e.g. Twitter
3.Content Communities e.g. Youtube
4.Social Networking Sites e.g. Facebook
5.Virtual Game Worlds e.g. World of Warcraft
6.Virtual Social Worlds e.g. Second Life

Social media is still a work in progress and
evolving on a daily basis. The scope of
the social media is very vast and its
usage extends into various fields, regions,
 demographics etc. People are getting
connected to each other in more ways
than previously imagined. Therefore it
becomes difficult to understand the
complexities involved and efforts are still on to
understand the true nature of social media.

Businesses Need Social Media Strategy

Businesses with Social Media Strategy

Most businesses and companies do not have
a clear strategic picture of their social media
 endeavours or campaigns. They
make the mistake of building their strategy around
the various social media platforms rather than
focusing on their own business objectives and
goals. Developing a good social media strategy
right at the beginning will go a long way for any
business in terms of ROI and bringing value to it.
The questions that need to be answered are:
 how much are you willing
to invest or can invest in the social media activities.

Its very important to get the answers to these
questions and understand the objectives and
goals of the business or company before starting
off any social media marketing activity like opening a Facebook
or a Twitter account without any concrete plans or
strategy in place to measure success or understand
what you want to achieve from it.

Online Advertising with search engine marketing

online advertising and marketing

On the Web, companies have plenty of options
to get their name out there. Pure word of
mouth mingles with search engine results, which
blend with search engine marketing, which then
 reinforces traditional advertising, which
complements online banner advertising,internet-marketing.
Viewed as a holistic effort, the sheer number
of opportunities is tantalizing. Smart
marketers will pick and chose their media buys
and PR initiatives, tailoring their annual
marketing programs to target precise
demographic niches.

online advertising growth

company needs to beef up its brand’s presence
in the marketplace. This is accomplished
through repetitive, long-term media exposure like
advertising, e-mail, sponsorships, and more.
Telecomosity, in order to foster name recognition,
must aggressively pursue any opportunity to
promote its logo and a link to its website.

Increased sales
One common problem with many campaigns
is their lack of completion. Too many companies
craft beautiful, traffic-generating ad campaigns, media marketing
but then do nothing with the increased number
of people on the website.Eentire sales process of
which advertising is only the beginning from initial
exposure to the thank you page after
checking out through the shopping cart.

Increasing sales is a classic advertising
objective; in most media, that is its primary function.
Asales goal is determined by extrapolating
historical data into a projected number, and
then factoring in potential marketing influences
 like increased ad spending.

Banner advertising: The Web’s stalwart medium,
traditional banner advertising has been around as
 long as HTML-supported graphics.
While it can be expensive, there are deals to
be had, and the exposure can be worth the money.

E-mail marketing: Another long-standing channel,
e-mail marketing can have tremendous ROI when
used effectively.

online advertising google adwords

Text link ads: Similar to banners, websites simply
purchase links on a website. These are plain HTML
anchor tags, which might be less glamorous than
banners, but have their own particular influence.

online advertising for websites

Paid search results: Paid search results appear
as supplement to a search engine’s organic results.

Sponsorships: Generally more money overall,
 sponsorshipsoffer businesses the opportunity to
sponsor webinars and other high-traffic events
that can generate a lot of click-through.

When evaluating these different options,
think about a couple of key factors. The first and
most important number is the budget.

Offline Marketing-Adsense-Social Media Marketing

Social marketing is a relatively new concept
 that’s based on a phenomenon that’s grown
despite the fact that no marketing experts
saw it coming, and it’s all based on social
networks, such as those brought into being by
MySpace and Facebook.

The idea with social networks is that
you have an online community where
you can connect and share with people
who have the same interests that you
do. For some, that might be an interest
in specific people or hobbies. For
others, the interest could surround employment
or education. What’s important is that a
social network lets you create a circle of like
-minded friends and acquaintances — also
called a community. For example, with MySpace, the
concept is to build a home page where you
and your friends can connect.
You can also connect with others who are
potential friends because they can
view your MySpace page and learn about
 you and your interests.

If you’re marketing with social networking,
create your network, and as you have
something to market, share it with that
group of friends in your community.
They then share it with their friends, and
before you know it, a network that’s
far beyond the group you could reach on
your own knows what you’re doing.

Here’s the catch with social media marketing
though: If you develop a social
network specifically to sell something to
the people in that network, you’ll fall
right on your face. Really. Social networks
are created by people who have
something to share with other people who
think like them. If you barge into the
network with a sales pitch and nothing more,
 you’ll be completely ostracized.

f you really want to see how social media
 marketing works, check out some
of the organizations that have successful
sites on MySpace or Facebook —
Christian bands like Three Days Grace,
for example. To get to the point
where a social media marketing strategy
is successful requires a lot of effort
and attention, but the results can be very
much worth the time you put into
developing your place on the network.

AdSense allows website owners to earn money
from their sites in a way that they couldn't do
before. All they have to do is put the AdSense
code in their pages, and some visitors to the site
will click on the ads that are displayed. The more
visitors a site gets, the more people will click on
the ads, and the more money the site owner will
make. Because the ads are contextual, they match
the content of the pages they are displayed on, which
suits the advertisers because it drives people who are
interested in their topic to their sites, and they only pay
when people click on their ads.

Everyone is happy. Google makes lots of money,
advertisers get lots of targeted traffic and only pay for
ad impressions when someone clicks on them, Web
users can find more things that they are interested in,
and website owners can make anything from a small
amount of money to a very large amount of money.
Even the earnings from tiny websites can often offset
or pay for the upkeep of the sites - hosting, for instance.
Google created a system where everyone is a winner, and
if people hadn't taken advantage of it in ways that weren't
intended, everyone would still be happy.

Google announced a new ad format for Google AdSense
display ad units named magazine ads.
So instead of the display ad looking like a banner
ad with animation or various popping colors,
magazine ads are very minimalistic.
Google said they "designed with print magazine
ads in mind, putting a big emphasis on space and
typography and displaying a new look distinctive
from our regular text ads."

The ads certainly are more attractive
than the usual AdSense text ads.Google made it
"easier" to make AdSense ad units by refreshing
the interface and speeding things up within that interface.

The 300 x 1050 skyscraper might work on long pages,
but the 970 x 250 leaderboard seems a bit overwhelming.
And either one is going to look ugly unless it's a display ad
created for that size, as opposed to a slew of text ads or a
couple of 300 x 250 ad units floating in the space.

Traffic – We’ve covered this already in the series. You need
traffic, and specifically organic traffic, to stay competitive
and make the dollar bills go into your pocket.

Keyword Value – Specifically you need to understand how
much money you can make with keywords and how to evaluate their value.

Competition – You also need to understand and be able to
evaluate your competitive landscape and those that are
competing for the exact same keywords and ranks within the search engines.

How ta Starting a Blog-Make Your Blog Work For You

Making money and driving traffic to your blog

To begin, you will create a new Blogger blog;
review and navigate the Dashboard;
and learn how to create, edit, delete,
and schedule posts. Posts are the
substance of a blog and should be regularly
published, not only to keep your readers
interestedin following your blog but to
help improve your online ranking.
Use labels to categorize blog content with adsence
and allow visitors to quickly find
 what they are looking for.

A Google Search Box can also be added
to assist visitors in searching your site.
Once your blog is setup, add a personal
touch by adding a theme, adjusting fonts and colors, and
adding desired gadgets sidebar items,
as well as learn how to install a custom banner adsense for mobile.

You may customize your blog’s settings Ads placement, such
as inputting your e-mail address to review comments,
modifying the Blog Description, adding HTML
to put your signature at the end of each new post, or
setting up a custom domain.

It is important to design your blog with your
audience and purpose in mind, and then incorporate
that into the blog layout, color scheme, and overall functionality.

Furthermore, you’ll learn how to make money
with your blog. One of the most popular methods is
by using Google AdSense. Blogger has a
“Monetize” area of the Dashboard specifically to work with
Google AdSense. Many bloggers also add affiliate
links to their sidebars where you can make money
from referring others to a service or product you
personally use, like, and recommend.

When you insert images into your Blogger
blog, they are automatically stored to a
Picasa Web Album.

You may also create and link to additional
albums. However, when adding an image
to separate your blog posts, a custom
banner or background, you may not
want them added to your gallery and included
with other graphics posted to your blog.
Instead, we’ll review how to use
Google Sites to store, manage,
and use images.

Creating a Blog

The first step in creating a blog is to create a name.
Although Blogger allows you to change your blog’s
address once it is setup, it is important to take time
to think about a name before getting started. The
name of your blog should be related to the purpose
of your blog, whether it’s a personal blog about
yourself in general, goals you have accomplished,
a journey you are on, or a professional blog about a
service or product you provide. If you were blogging
about yourself, you may use your name as the blog
name and therefore part of your blog address.

Site navigation for three reasons

Site navigation-SEO is to be profitable

Site navigation is crucial for three reasons
all of them fundamental to
• Usability- helping users find what they want.
• Indexing- helping search engines find all your pages.
• Link power- distributing it to all your pages.
Only if a page is indexedby a search engine such as Google can it
appear on that engine’s results pages.

The least competitive of keywords, it is the most important factor in
determining where a page appears on search engine results pages
Link power is crucial and your pages can’t have enough of it (especially
the most important pages on your site - let’s call them your ‘Superman
Good usabilityis a must if you want to maximize response. So let’s say
it’s a given that the usability team can do more or less what they want
and SEO must then adapt to that (without messing it up).
The first thing usability might ask for is a search box. That would work
for your site’s visitors, but is no use for SEO, as search engines (they are
simple things) can’t ‘search’ with search boxes. Search engines need

Perhaps you’ve now planned your site’s structure consisting of a home
page, maybe five to ten category pages with five content pages each.
Or you might need only five pages in total on your site. Or already have a
site with thousands of content pages (perhaps articles or products) and
hundreds of category pages.
Of course this will depend on your particular circumstances.
But however large or small your site, you are going to need to create
content and optimize it.

You’ll want a content management system (CMS) to create and manage
pages yourself without the need for expensive and busy developers.
You’ll need flagship content that can be used to promote your site, build
your brand and get links from other sites.
You’ll also need lots of long tail content to target the long tail keywords
in your target niches.
Long tail content must still be interesting and good enough for users to
want to stay on your site and return.

presentation of information affects emotional
 response and thus influencesbuying decisions.
Designers ask about your target audiences to be sure to
select or create appropriate design elements.

While essential for any type of sales collateral or
 packaging, marketing communications is particularly
critical because of the short window for grabbing
attention on the Web. Experienced Web designers
intuitively adjust the font style, graphic style, colors,
images, and white space to have a positive impact
on your marketing process while reinforcing your brand.

How quickly can you identify the different
 demographics of the audiences for
these sites? Gender is obvious. What about
economic status? Can you identify any
 similarities between these sites?

Put your company logo on your Web site,
just as you would on any other
advertising or packaging; it’s an essential
part of your brand. If you don’t
have a logo, this is a good time to get one.
Ask your graphic artist to design
one for you, make one at sites like, or search for free logosto

People don’t read online; they scan to save time. That makes sense because it
takes 25 percent longer to read the same material onscreen than it does to
read it on paper. Because of the limitations of time and screen space, you
need to adapt your writing style for the Web. Try to follow these precepts:
Use the inverted pyramid.Use the journalistic convention of the
inverted pyramid, with the most important information at the beginning
of each page. Readers might never reach the end of the first paragraph,
let alone the end of the page.

Grab readers with headlines. Good headlines grab readers by the
lapels. Subheads help break up the text on a page, making it easier to
read. If you use a different font size, style, or color for your headings and
if your headlines or subheads include a search term, you might receive
extra points in search engine rankings.

Write strong leads. The first sentence on the page is called the lead.
Hook readers with benefits, telling them what they’ll find on your site,
store, or page. It improves search engine ranking to include three to four
search terms in the first paragraph.

Stay above the fold.Keep the most important information above the
fold— that is, keep it above the part of the page that users have to scroll
to see. Depending on the audience, perhaps fewer than 50 percent of your
visitors will scroll below the fold.

Avoid long, scrolling pages. Many short pages of 150 to 200 words are
preferable to a few long pages. If long text is unavoidable, consider creating HTML files that users can download and print out easily.

Alternatively, use the Frequently Asked Question FAQ format. At the
top of a page, create a list of links to anchor paragraphs text, often
below the fold, that viewers access from links at the top of the same
page, without scrolling.

Limit use of PDF files. While designers like PDF files because PDFs preserve designs, this file format isn’t great for users. Generally, restrict PDF
files to distributing long documents intended for print, not for reading

Testing the Effects of Optimization on Site Search and SEO

As you optimize your entry pages to reduce bounce rates,
you will find that you may have a juggling act to perform
between external SEO and site search SEO. Depending
on your site search platform, and specifically whether it uses
spiders to interpret your site content, you may find you have
to think about your SEO pages in two different ways when
 looking at on-page ranking factors.

Site search may utilize meta descriptions and keyword
tags heavily, while these play little to no role in rankings for
external SEO. If you are not fortunate enough to have
total control over your site search results and your site search
utilizes different mechanisms from external SEO, you will need
to utilize your analytics to determine which pages should be
optimized for external search and which ones should be optimized for
site search.

Site search can provide a wealth of information that you
can apply to both your SEO and paid search programs.
Site search can be utilized as a testing ground, as well as a
way  to  provide  users  coming  from  external  search  with
a  quick  and  easy  way  to find other related content
dynamically as your website grows. Site search can be an
easy-to-leverageoption to allow for scalability by simply
applying some of what you know about the traffic coming
to your site and utilizing your site’s features.

Capturing  and  sharing  data  from  search  in  real
time  can  greatly  improve  the  user experience, and
can be a first step toward creating a customized
experience based on user data and interaction throughout
 your web pages.

Both SEO and paid search are about driving profitability
by improving position, relevancy, and popularity.

A well-executed search campaign, be it SEO or paid search,
can  significantly influence the volumes of traffic you get,
as well as your conversion rates and ROI. Your competitors
in search may not even be competitors you face in the offline
world. Online you may find yourself competing with
Wikipedia, Amazon, news andmagazine sites, and more.

In the world of search, you compete not on products,
but on words. Fortunately, today we have more
sophisticated tools than ever before to track how
competitors rank, and why they may be ranking as they do.

SEOmoz has a very useful set of tools that you
can use to research why your site and your competitors’
sites rank as they do. You can also use Majestic SEO
and AdGooRoo to further track competition for your SEO and
paid search campaigns. Monitoring your competitors will
come down to three basic tactics: monitoring those ahead
of you, those behind you, and your overall search footprint
 compared to your direct competitors.

Marketing on Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter

The largest social media site—Facebook. As you know, this
popular social network is a community with more than 500 million users.
Ignore Facebook at your peril.
There are many ways to market your company and products on Facebook.
We’ll examine the most popular methods here—hosting a Facebook fan
page, creating a Facebook application, and cross-marketing Facebook via
your own website or blog. First up is your Facebook page.

Facebook Pages
Individuals on Facebook are represented by their profile pages; other
users become friends with a person
to receive his or her status updates.
Businesses, however, aren’t individuals
and as such don’t have individual
profile pages or friends.

Instead, your business creates what Facebook simply calls a
pageor what I call a fan page, and you get people to "like" your
page to become fans. Your fans can read all about you on your fan page,
contribute to hosted discussions, and receive all the status updates you make.

Creating a Facebook page is relatively easy. You start by going to and then clicking the Create Page button.
When the Create a Page screen appears, select the category for your page:
Local Business; Brand, Product, or Organization; or Artist, Band, or
 Public Figure.

The first thing you should do is invite people to visit and like your page. You
want to find friends on the Facebook site and then suggest your new page to
your friends. There’s a Suggest to Friends link in the sidebar of your page; use
this to send invitations to these folks.

Key of Seo Success

You actually need people
to visit your website unless you’re some sort of a weirdo who
only gets excited about showing up on
Google page 1 for its own sake.
I’d like you to indulge me by participating in an experiment .
1.  Search on something that matters to you.   Maybe a hobby,
a band, a place you want to move to, whatever.
2.  When you get to the SERP, click on the entry that you think best
 matches what you’re looking for.
3.  Come back here when you’re done.
What was your experience like?  More specifically, what did you click
on?  Why did you click on it?If you’re like me there’s a good
chance you did not just click on any old random entry.  You probably
did a quick evaluation based on what the entry looked like.

Forget about writing your content around “keywords”
Instead, determine the theme that contains the keywords that
are important to you and write for that theme, not those
 keywords subtle but important difference.

Think like a human and write like a human.  Google and the
rest are catching up to you, and if you write good content
for humans it will pay off down the road.

After you write content, read it.  Out loud.  A couple of times.
If it sounds awkward to you, it probably will to Google as well.
 Revise it .

Increasingly SEO is about creating content that is high quality.
I advise you to create content that is themed according to your
target keywords, but which is also engaging to human visitors.
An important point of creating that interest is photography.
So it’s only natural that we would be tempted to snag photos
from a Google or Bing image search.  At the same time, when quality photos
can be purchased very cheaply, so the temptation is pretty minimal.

How to Linking Articles?

And another important thing to remember: if you are going to submit
articles to Ezines and/or contribute your articles to newsletters and
other sites, DON’T ever forget to include a link to your site.
A little resource box with a brief description of your site and you
should always be placed right after your articles that you have
submitted. If people like your articles, they will most likely click
on the link directing them to your site.

While there are a great number of people who do not have the same attitude in article
writing as others, there are still those who would rather walk in piping hot coals than do
some article writing. What set other people apart from other towards article writing is that
they are prepared and has some methods and procedures in writing articles.

One of the methods you can use to prepare yourself when tasked to write in article is
creating an outline first. Creating an outline for all your articles makes you prepared. You
have an idea of what to do first and make a plan for your succeeding steps. Being
prepared makes the job easier and faster. Being organized will allow for disorientation to
be shunned away.

An outline can act as the design or blueprint for your article. This will guide you in
creating the introduction, body and conclusion of your article. Here in this point, you can
write down some of the ideas and sentences that you feel will look good in your article.
This could be some of the focal point that could help make your article creative,
interesting and appealing to a reader.

A carefully planned and fully prepared project would guarantee and ensure a problem
and worry free procedure that can virtually go without any hassles. Creating an outline
for all your articles will get you ready and breeze through writing an article in no time at
all. Here I will provide you with some tips and guidelines in how to create an outline for
all of your articles.

How can article writing boost traffic

The article on the free content site contains a link to your own website. Readers, after
reading your articles, may choose to click on the link and pay you an unexpected visit.
Having them on the free content sites is also making these articles available to other
webmasters who may wish to publish that article on their site.

If they do, your article will include a link back to your site. And anyone who reads the
article on that site can still click on the link to visit your site.

As the list of your published articles grow larger, and more and more of them are
appearing on different websites, the total number of links to your site increases also.

Major search engines are placing a lot of significance on incoming links to websites so
they can determine the importance of a certain site.

The more incoming links the website has, the more importance search engines attaches
to it. This will then increase your website’s placement in the search results.

If you site is into promoting a product or service, the links that your articles have
achieved will mean more potential customers for you. Even if visitors only browse
through, you never know if they might be in need of what you are offering in the future.
There are also those who already have specific things they need on their mind but
cannot decide yet between the many choices online. Chances are, they may stumble
upon one of your articles, gets interested by the contents you wrote, go to your site and
became enticed by your promotions.

Alexa Rankings

Alexa Rankings attempt to rank all web sites globally
by quantity of traffic. The traffic rankings use statistics
based on data gathered from the Alexa Toolbar and
other tools connected to the service. The service is
provided by Alexa Internet, a subsidiary of Amazon Incorporated.
The statistics aren’t generally accepted as accurate, and many
speculate that the rankings are subject to manipulation and
skewing as a result of a limited dataset. In general, the
statistics are more accurate with higher ranking sites those
with lowernumerical rankings. Despite these caveats,
Alexa Rankings can be used to get a handle on increasing
traffic trends, and they are generally fun to watch.

Brainstorming keywords that seem relevant to your web
site may help to identify keywords to target in a search
engine marketing campaign. However, the actual keywords
used by web searchers may be surprising more often
than not. Fortunately, tools are available that mine available
search data and conveniently allow one to peruse both
related keywords as well as their respective query volumes.

URLs are more visible than many realize, and are a
contributing factor in CTR. They are often cited directly
in copy, and they occupy approximately 20% of the real
estate in a given search engine result page.

Creating search engine friendly URLs becomes challenging
and requires more forethought when developing a dynamic
web site. A dynamic web site with poorly architected URLs
presents numerous problems for a search engine. On the
other hand, search engine friendly URLs containing relevant
keywords may both increase search engine rankings,
as well as prompt a user to click them.

SEO Trend Spotting

SEO Trend Spotting

SEO trends move fast, so it’s OK to jump in where you are!
Use this primer to get clued in to some of the current jargon
 and trends in SEO.

Universal or blended searchRemember when the search
engines used to deliver three lines of text and a link for
every listing? If you wanted vertical search results like video,
image, shopping, and maps, you had to click on a tab or
perform a special search. Now the major search engines have
blended all types of listings together in the standard search results.
This may create additional exposure opportunities for your site if
it has well-optimized video or image listings. On the flipside, it
leaves fewer spots for the standard text listings.

Search engine transparency Don’t expect search engines to
open the black box and shine a light on their secret algorithms,
but all of the major search engines now offer some form of
two-way communication between official representatives and
the developer crowd. Tips and news are delivered—and
questions are answered!—in blogs and forums, and webmaster
tools take the guesswork out of some indexing and listing
issues. Those of us who practiced SEO in the Stone Age get
a big kick out of seeing the enmity that once existed between
the search engines and webmasters begin to dissolve away.

Smarter robot meta tags The trend of search engine transparency
has translated into some new tags that you can place on your
page to make special requests of the robots that visit your page.
Besides controlling whether a page is indexed, website owners
can also control whether a snippet is shown, and even whether
 a page is cached.

Social search: Social search refers to websites that allow users
to recommend web pages to each other and influence search
results. On social news sites like Digg, stories that receive the
most votes win the most visibility and clicks. On social
bookmarking sites like, people tagsites with keywords
so that other people will find them. Social sites offer seemingly
limitless opportunities for website promotion—and plenty of sites
have basked in extreme, server-busting popularity via social search.
But this type of promotion isn’t easy and the results are unpredictable.

Mobile search:Mobile search is like one of those up-and-coming
neighborhoods that never quite ups and comes. Web developers
are still working out the kinks of building websites in formats that
can be viewed on cell phones and handheld devices. Meanwhile,
search engines, most notably Google and Yahoo!, are working
hard to place themselves in the middle of this growing search sector.
The SEO community remains on the sidelines, watching and waiting
to see if mobile search will ever fully take off.
